Old building
From Staples High Wiki
This article covers Generations Three and Four of the Structural History of Staples High School
In current conversation, the term old building usually refers to the section of the current campus which was built before the construction project began. The "old building" in its former glory was the collection of nine separate buildings (which were joined as part of the 1978-1981 Modernization project) which made up the entirety of Staples High School's infrastructure. The nine buildings were as follows:
- One building
- Two building
- Three building
- Four building
- Five building
- Six building
- Seven building
- Eight building
- Nine building
Currently, buildings Seven and Nine have been entirely demolished, and so has the southernmost section of Six. Building Four has been redone entirely and expanded, although in the current context of the campus it is now Building F. Building Eight is currently completely closed off, and the classroom areas of that building have been demolished (what remains of it are to be a renovated Library and former Main Office area that will be used for Guidance.
