Social Studies Department
From Staples High Wiki
The Social Studies Department at Staples High School consists of the teachers and courses regarding the study of social studies and history.
The Department Office is located in Room 2035, right across from the English Department. Unlike the other office suites, the Social Studies Department is instead one large room, with the different office stations divided by collapsable cubicle units. This was done at the preference of the department.
All social studies classes are located on the second floor.
Three years plus one additional semester are required from this department to graduate. In addition to the required courses, students must take at least one Area Study (listed below) and an additional elective.
