The official Staples High School Website can be found at http://shs.westport.k12.ct.us/.

The current version of Staples High School Online was built during the Summer of 2003 by Rob Rogers. The graphic layout of the site was conceived by Rob Rogers, Sara Scrofani, and James Gray (Class of 2005). The menu bar, which was created by James Gray, implements JavaScript.

The Staples High School website provides information about the school, its mission, programs, resources, services and people, to a wide audience of students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors.

Staples also has a student-run website, Staples Online, which can be found at http://www.stapleshigh.net/. This website was created by the Computer Club in 1999, and was generally considered to be the official school site until the fall of 2003 when the school officially launched its own site. The first Staples website, also created by the Computer Club, was created in 1996, and lived at http://staples.westport.k12.ct.us/.
